K2AI One Cloud is a preview that is still under development. This page says what it stores, where, and how to have it removed.
What we store about you
- Your account email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google or Microsoft.
- A salted hash of your password, if you sign in with email. We cannot read the password.
- Subscription sign-in tokens stay in your workspace's worker volume. The gateway never holds those tokens.
- API keys are encrypted in your account vault and sent to your workspace worker when it needs them. They are never shown again after you save them.
- Sign-in sessions and the devices you pair, so you stay signed in.
What stays in your workspace
Uploaded recordings, transcripts, notes and the knowledge built from them are kept inside your own workspace, which is separate from other accounts.
Who else handles it
- Microsoft Azure hosts the service.
- Recordings are transcribed and analysed with the Azure resources set up for your workspace, which can be the operator's or your own. Where none are set up, recordings are not processed.
- Spoken replies are made with Azure Speech, which receives the text being spoken.
- Tailscale connects the devices you choose to your workspace. Tailscale sees those device names and their network addresses.
- The AI provider you connect receives the text of your chats with it.
- Google or Microsoft verify who you are when you use their sign-in.

Billing
Billing is off, so we hold no billing data and no payment details. If billing is turned on, this statement will say what is added.
Page-view counts
Each visit to a public page is reduced to a hash that changes daily, plus the page, device type, operating system, browser family, referring site and any campaign tag in the link. If you are signed in, the visit is also linked to your account. Your IP address and full browser details are not kept. These counts are kept for 395 days.
Cookies
We set cookies only to keep you signed in, to protect sign-in and forms, and to remember a plan you chose. We set none for advertising.
Deleting your data
Choose “Delete this account” on your account page. That removes your sign-in, linked identities, provider keys and conversation history from our records. Your workspace storage is then removed by the operator, which is not automatic yet, so write to support@knowledge2-ai.com to confirm it is gone. Backups can hold copies for a limited time.
