Preview terms, last updated 2026-10-10
These terms cover your use of K2AI One Cloud, a hosted workspace run by KnowlEdge2 AI. By creating an account or signing in you agree to them.
This is a preview
K2AI One Cloud is under development. Some features may not work yet, and things may change without warning. We may pause the service, change it, or reset it. Keep another copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Your account
You sign in with Google, Microsoft, or an email address and a password. Use an email address you control, because we send the verification link and account notices there. You are responsible for activity under your account, so keep your sign-in private.
Your content
Your recordings, transcripts, notes and other content remain yours. By using the service you let us store and process them in your workspace so the service can work for you. Each account has its own workspace.
Your AI accounts
You connect your own AI account: connect your Claude subscription, your ChatGPT subscription for Codex, or use an API key instead for Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (Codex). The terms and costs of that account are between you and that provider. K2AI One does not charge for AI usage.
Cost
Billing is off during the preview, and the service does not collect payment details. If that changes, the pricing page and these terms will say so before anything is charged.
What not to do
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack other systems, or to read anyone else’s workspace. We may suspend an account that does.
No guarantee
The preview is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, KnowlEdge2 AI is not liable for lost data or for indirect losses that come from using it.
Ending your use
You can delete your account from your account page. We can also suspend an account or end the preview.
